Srinivas
Former Unemployed
Hyderabad
Found purpose and stability after years of rejection
From Unemployed to Entrepreneur
At 52, Srinivas had given up hope. After losing his factory job and failing to find new employment for over two years, he felt invisible to the job market. Age discrimination and the changing economy had left him without options.
"I applied everywhere," Srinivas recalls, his voice heavy with the memory. "Security guard, driver, peonβanything. But they all wanted younger people. I felt like I had no value left."
Then LooCafe entered his life through a friend who knew about the entrepreneur program. Today, Srinivas runs his LooCafe with the dedication of someone who truly understands its value. He arrives at 5 AM to clean and prepare for the day. His facility is known as one of the cleanest in the entire network.
"Age doesn't matter here," Srinivas says proudly. "My experience matters. My dedication matters. For the first time in years, I feel valued."
Regular customers greet him by name, and he's become a trusted member of his community. His children, who had worried about supporting him, now beam with pride at their father's business.
"For the first time in years, I feel valued."
