Delete your account and data

You can request deletion of a LooCafe app account without signing in. The LooCafe operations team will verify the request before removing the account and associated personal data.

How to request deletion

  1. Select Email deletion request below.
  2. Include the name and Operator ID or email address used for the LooCafe account.
  3. Send the request from an address where the operations team can contact you for verification.

What will be deleted

The account, profile and contact details, authentication access, and personal app data associated with the verified account will be deleted or anonymised where appropriate.

What may be retained

Operational, financial, safety, fraud-prevention, or legal records may be retained when required by law or legitimate business obligations. Access is restricted and retained data is removed when the applicable retention period ends.

Processing time

We will acknowledge the request and may ask for information needed to verify account ownership. Verified requests are normally completed within 30 days.
